Before sending back one or some of the products you bought please contact us by email, detailing as accurately as possible the reason for your decision to return the product (s). For returns you have 5 working days once the order is received and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will give you a credit for the merchandise valid for 10 days to obtain another piece that interests you as long as it is currently in our inventory. There is no money back, only one credit to the store. To apply a credit for any return you must contact at 787.209.9402 by means of a text or send an email to email@example.com. The merchandise must be in optimal conditions as it is sent and with their respective labels. The merchandise in liquidation or in particular does not apply for change, nor return.
